Fitness & Fun to get the job done! These 6 videos together are the fitness portion of my Fitness & Fun lessons. These are low-exertion exercises, designed for students grades 1 - 6 distanced safely in a gym setting. Routine 1 is a gentle warm-up to get the blood flowing to all your muscles. Routine 2 is a spine stretch & strengthener. Routine 3 are static stretches done on the floor. Routine 4 is full of active stretches . Routine 5 is a strengthener for tummies, backs and arms. Routine 6 is for balance.
